Tanya was previously a Director at Vail Resorts, leading and motivating a team of hundreds across multiple mountain resorts in beautiful Colorado. The focus of her 15 years of professional experience is improving the health, lifestyle, and happiness of her customers and employees and this continues today with Pilates. Tanya blends her love of culinary arts, cooking real food, and nutrition together to create a core foundation for you to reach your goals through Pilates.
Tanya summits 15,000 foot peaks, snowboarded for 100+ days per year, and integrates functional movements into her Pilates work. She lives in the South Bay with her husband and two dogs and enjoys trail running, biking, and gardening.
